Package delivery is carried out via BOX NOW, DPD and GLS delivery services.

Standard jewelry delivery:
All orders are shipped within 5 to 7 business days after payment is visible in the account; the same applies to cash on delivery.

PRE-ORDERS are delivered within 15-20 business days.

For orders over €60, delivery is free, exclusively within Croatia.
For orders up to €60, delivery is €5.

Cancellation of jewelry orders with personalization/engraving is possible within 24 hours; anything after that cannot be accommodated as the jewelry is sent for engraving the same day (orders received on weekends are engraved on the first business day).
Cancellation of jewelry orders without engraving/personalization must also be made within 24 hours, as jewelry without engraving is sent to the customer the very next business day.

EU MEMBER STATES: up to 14 business days.
International package delivery is carried out via Croatian Post and GLS. For shipping costs outside Croatia, please see here.

ALL OTHER COUNTRIES: 5 to 30 business days.

The customer is responsible for paying taxes and customs duties in accordance with the laws of the country in which they are located.

In the event that the Customer orders goods and refuses to accept them, the Seller has the right to deduct from the paid purchase price amount the amount equal to the delivery costs and other handling costs from the delivery price list.

Delivery speed may vary from the usual during holidays, non-working days, major sales events, and other situations where delivery difficulties may occur.

Shipping and delivery/dispatch times for packages during holidays and public holidays are shifted to the next working day.
